Our Story

Our journey began in 2017 when we moved to Fort Myers, Florida and purchased several pool businesses that we owned, operated, and eventually sold. Through that experience, we realized there was a serious gap in quality representation for pool business buyers and sellers. The available options were either route brokers who only provide limited services and focus mainly on small service accounts or general business brokers who lacked deep knowledge of the pool industry. We knew that the sale of a well-established pool business deserved better.

After successfully selling our own pool company, we decided to create a brokerage firm that specializes exclusively in pool businesses. With our background in buying, selling, and operating pool companies, we understand the unique challenges and opportunities in this industry. Our experience, paired with our extensive network of buyers and sellers, allows us to provide expert guidance tailored specifically to pool business transactions.

Because of our firsthand experience, we don’t just analyze numbers—we understand the day-to-day operations, licensing requirements, and industry nuances that can make or break a deal.
